In a recent survey by Thomson Reuters Foundation, India is reported to be one of the most dangerous country in the world. The Thompson Reuters survey of about 550 experts on women’s issues about healthcare, economic resources, traditional practices, sexual and non-sexual abuse, and human trafficking.
Here is the list of 10 countries ranked as the most dangerous for women by the survey conducted between 26 March and 4 May :

7. Democratic Republic of Congo
